We have ranged between 7% and 266.7% with a total of 1,200+ convenience stores and 30+ hotels.
However, our target annual return remains 20-35%, and we have consistently met or outperformed that benchmark.
Our investors are at the heart of each of our projects. Dhanani Private Equity Group operates in a true partnership structure with no promote fees or waterfall charges on the back-end.
100% of the profit is equally distributed amongst all partners based on their proportional ownership of each project.
We provide closing statements to all our partners every time we close a deal and upload bank statements for each of our investments on a monthly basis.
